The charity Tools with a Mission (TWAM) is running an online campaign to fund the equipping of their new refurbishment centre. They will be given access to the building on August 1st, 2src22, and equip it throughout the month using the funds raised.
The new centre will serve as the refurbishment hub for tools donated in the Midlands and North of England and will enable TWAM to double the number of refurbished tools that they are able to send to Africa. TWAM usually sends 16 containers, filled with around 4srcsrc,srcsrcsrc individual donated tools every year, but the new centre will double that to at least 8srcsrc,srcsrcsrc tools.
Nigel Hyde, the Midlands Refurbishment Centre Manager, will be managing and overseeing the move to the new centre. Nigel says:
