The glaring absence of a reliable goal-kicker was the overwhelming takeaway from South Africa’s World Cup loss to Ireland on Saturday, writes Lloyd Burnard.
It was the heavyweight contest of Rugby World Cup 2023, and the devastation for South African fans is that the Springboks came out on the wrong side of it.
