While certain constituents of SA Rugby – notably the URC franchises – are already sceptical that a potential equity deal with Seattle-based Ackerley Sports Group will boost the local game’s coffers satisfactorily, Bulls mentor Jake White is unconvinced the capital injection would actually bring top players back to South Africa.
