That the Easter weekend took place over the last week of April proved to be the blessing schoolboy rugby needed this season.

It ensured schools got their holiday and Easter weekend rugby in before they shifted into derby mode.

Every weekend in April has had rugby filling its boots and this weekend is no different, with titanic clashes across the country.
