SA Rugby’s Strategic Transformation Development Plan 2030 – a report that was made public in the media on Sunday – doesn’t make for excellent reading in the men’s elite senior professional level that feeds into the Springboks.

Afrikaans newspaper Rapport published the findings of the report, which consisted of 206 pages and concluded that the Boks – among other South African sides – had missed their transformation targets for 2023.
