The Super Rugby U16s and U19s Grand Final is locked in after two high scoring games to finish the regular season
The Reds will get the chance to take a clean sweep of the competition at Ballymore after two thumping wins over the Melbourne Rebels.

This knocked out the NSW Waratahs from contention in the U19s tournament, with their undefeated U16s side flying the flag after another crushing victory over the Western Force.
It sets up a Waratahs-Reds U16s Final and a Reds-Brumbies U19s Final, with the ACT side refreshed after the bye.

Queensland Reds v Melbourne Rebels
U16s
The Reds will enter next week’s grand final in form after a 46-11 win over the Melbourne Rebels.
The hosts started fast after a powerful rolling maul cleared the way for Lane Edmonds to score in the second minute.
Following this, the Reds continued to pile on the pressure with little success as the Rebels’ defence held strong.
It allowed them to take a 6-5 lead into the break, extended when fullback Jeremiah Faasavalu broke the line and set up Samson Tuaine.
The Reds hit back after a fortuitous charge down sat perfectly in the in-goal for replacement Oliver Kennedy to touch it down.
From here, the hosts ran away with the game as they scored six unanswered tries in the final 20 minutes.
Hooker Aiden Luke crossed for a double as their forward pack proved the difference in the bonus point win.
U19s
The Reds locked up their spot in the Grand Final with a convincing 67-0 win over the Rebels.
The hosts needed a bonus point win to end the Waratahs’ hopes of returning to the Grand Final and it was hooker Finlay King that singled-hardly delivered this with a four-try display in the first half.
It reflects the strength of their rolling maul, which set up their all four tries, with a fifth denied early in the first half.
A yellow card to Rebels backrower Wyatt Ballenger compounded the visitors’ tough first half, which was only made worse in the second.
Replacement scrum-half James Martens was the chief destroyer as he crossed for a second-half hat-trick.
The Reds scored six tries in the final quarter, including a double to winger Dominic Kallquist to cement their status as a title contender.
NSW Waratahs v Western Force
U16s
The NSW Waratahs are firmly established as favourites for the U16s Grand Final after a 70-12 win over the Western Force.
The visitors blew out the Force early as winger Darcy Feltham ran riot with his opener inside three minutes.
The lead was quickly 10-0 after fullback Jack Kalms raced away for the try.
Feltham had a hat-trick just after 30 minutes as they took a 46-0 lead into the break.
The Force rallied in the second half and tries to Chase Bunce and Luke Wessels gave them something to celebrate.
However, it was all the Waratahs as Feltham bagged his fourth in the 46th minute, followed by his sixth with seven minutes remaining on the clock.
Fullback Kalms added his second after the break as they finished the year with a points difference of +272.
U19s
The NSW Waratahs ended their season with a convincing 67-14 win over the Western Force.
The Waratahs’ fate was decided earlier after the Reds’ bonus point win on Saturday and the Force were eager to catch them napping as prop Daniel Christodoulou produced a barnstorming run for the opener.
Waratahs centre Liam Grover continued his strong campaign, breaking the line to set up winger Brendan Palmer for the response.
This set the platform for the Waratahs to charge as Grover crossed for a try of his own before setting up fullback Sid Harvey for a 24-7 lead.
Force backrower Jackson Bridges kept the hosts in the game with a late first half try, reducing the lead to 29-14 at the break.
In the end, the Waratahs proved too strong as they ran away with the match against an injury-affected Force side.
Palmer crossed for his second, with fellow winger Tom Klem getting in on the action.
The Waratahs’ rolling maul blew the scoreline out, setting up replacement hooker Will Guilfoyle for a late hat-trick in the big win.
