Connacht star Finlay Bealham is expected to take the No 3 shirt in Furlong’s absence.

It’s a blow for Ireland as the 78 time capped Wexford man would have been expected to start against a strong Kiwi pack.

But it wasn’t all good news for the All Blacks.

Star out-half Beauden Barrett and Codie Taylor were both ruled out of the World Cup quarter-final rematch.
