Tadhg Furlong will face a fitness test in training today before a final decision is made on his involvement in Saturday’s crunch Six Nations showdown with France at the Aviva Stadium.

Furlong is yet to feature in the tournament due to an ongoing calf/hamstring injury, and while it looked as though the tighthead would again be forced to sit out this weekend after he was rehabbing with Leinster last week, the Wexford native trained fully with the Ireland squad yesterday.
